Goals of the Organisational Engineers

Perspective

To truly improve the state of organisations effectiveness, we must climb out of the entrenched practices and patterns whether it be in Leadership, HR, PMOs, IT, Finance or Risk. We must climb above process adherence and look for the next opportunities to create the great organisations we hope for. The key to this perspective is transparency, feedback, and evidence. The organisation engineer actively hunts and collects evidence to improve the effectiveness of their organisation.

Study the past / Innovate the future

We want to craft the best organisations we can which means understanding the traditions and lessons of the past so that we can use the successes and failures to design the next experiments and improvements in Organisational systems. At the organisational engineers we want to gather case studies and sift through to discover the combination of leadership, culture, or process/practice that created the results we saw.

We also create innovative ideas, models and new practices to test and see if they improve our organisations.
